All of these stories are inspired by Mortal Kombat 2. I wrote them in the following order, which is also their chronological order (more or less).
I completed The Coming of Winter just as Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 arrived at local arcades.
These stories are all set in the same continuity as and prior to Ashes of the Phoenix and Phoenix Reborn.
